To clarify my answer; the question was can you charge twice if you do an AFB
stain on two blocks from the same specimen.  I still think the answer is no.
You certainly can charge twice if you do an AFB and PAS stain but the
question was mutliple charges for the same stain.   Sheila

This is absolutely FALSE. You can charge for as many special stains as you
perform, again, as long as you list them individually.
