Dear Netters,
Happy New Year! We are serial-sectioning medaka fish for BrdU
staining. Generally, in order to section several sections at a time, we
rub the block with ammonia water. However, we are not sure whether or
not the ammonia will have a negative affect on the BrdU staining. Does
anyone have any insight into these matters? Thank you in advance.
Sincerely,
Beth Poole
