Hello Histonetters,

I am about to embark on a research study involving markers for
inflamation in skin. Our model will be mouse.

The markers are:
Interleukins 1, 6, and 8, Tumour necrosis factor (alpha),
Endothelial/leukocyte adhesion molecule and Intercellular adhesion
       molecule.

I haven't worked with any of these markers before but I'm sure
many of you use them routinely in diagnostic (and some research)
labs.

I would like to hear what your source of ab's are and your protocols
(i.e. dilutions,ag retreival system, incubation times). That's alot
of info so direct e-mail might be the way to go. If anyone else is
interested, e-mail me also and I'll forward any info I receive.

                                                          Cheers! Greg
