RE: [Histonet] mosquito section on floatation bath

While I can't explain the difference between the infected and non-infected mosquitos, such exposion usually indicates poor infiltration with paraffin - which would also be hard to explain if all the specimens were processed together.  In any case, this problem can often be avoided by adding a small drop of liquid dish detergent to the water bath to reduce surface tension. (detergent made for hand washing of dishes, not dishwasher detergent)
