I have a couple of questions on Teflon-coated slides and their use in in situ hybridization/Tissue section PCR. 1. what are Teflon-coated slides?. 2. what is the rationale behind their use as opposed to other slides or chambers?. 3. I would also like to hear from those who have used them successfully. 4. What company carries them and the cost.
