RE: bone marrow smears

Sometimes our node aspirates and the few marrows we look at don't stain very
well.  I think they are fatty and run them on the HE stainer which strips
any oils off so the stain can to the cells.  You might try that, or at least
dip them is xylene and alcohol before doing your cytology stain.
