Hello,  I have done the PAS with and without many times but I always used
saliva for digestion and in the clinical lab all these years.  I am wanting
to know a few questions.  l.  What percent is diastase supposed to be made
up in?  2.  In distilled water or a buffer?  3.  In a 37 degree oven or
room temperature?  4.  Length of time left in diastase?
I am going to be staining many slides a few at a time for medical student
