     I am posting this for Rose as her computer is
malfunctioning.  I am in the process of setting up
plastic embedding in my laboratory.  I need to use MMA
and my specimens will be undecalcified bone.  There
are 3 different kits I plan to test,  and would like
to know what experiences the experts out there have
had with these kits.  I am also open to any tricks of
the trade you might "please" be willing to share, as I
have zero experience in plastic embedding and
sectioning.  The kits I am interested in are: 
Technovit 9100 from Energy Beam Sciences
Methyl methacrylate and n-Butyl embedding media from
Electron Microscopy Sciences
Methyl Methacrylate Casting and Embedding Kit from
Polysciences
