I've received a few suggestions so far, and have realized I'm not alone in
my frustrations. My biggest frustration is that I was able to come up with
beautiful protocol for staining IL18 on FFPE tissues. Magnificent, specific
beautiful staining.... Not an ounce of nonspecific staining with IgG
control or absence of primary Ab. If any of you have the NSH buttons from
last years convention, that was a picture of my ICH on paraffin sections.
So why won't it work on TNF or IL6????

Maybe it's time for a Long Island iced tea and a sparkling cool pool.....
