Happy Monday,
Thanks to the numerous people who responded to my questions about
background. I've been able to secure some more mouse tissues, (liver, lung,
spleen and more kidney), so I can see if the problem I'm having is specific
to kidney tissue. I have performed my protocol successfully on pancreas and
intestine. I'll post a message when I've figured it out to let people know
what works. Again thanks for the many helpful suggestions!
