How do I
a) process bone/skeletal tissue for laser capture microdissection (LCM)?
b) has anyone sectioned Raw bone tissue specimens for LCM?
c) has anyone sectioned Fixed bone tissue specimens for LCM?
d) if so, what was the embedding scaffold? (?paraffin, ?OCT, ?other)
