Hi netters,

has anybody successfully extracted DNA from glutaraldehyd fixed, resin
embedded tissues for EM? If so, is there a published method?
We extract DNA from FFPET routinely, but I have never seen a method on resin
embedded tissue.

Any help is appreciated.
