Histonet,
I have been asked by my pathologist to come up with a cost per slide for
just the consumables used in producing an H&E slide. This is a new lab
an I don't have any past data to use. I have done some cost projections
and would like to see if I'm even close. Included in the cost
projections where scaple blades, formalin, containers, cassettes,
solvents, stains, paraffin, slides, cover glass, disposable blades,
mounting medium and incidentals( paper products, gloves ect..).
