Try Molecular Probes' website: http://www.probes.com

They have a list of selected books and articles on fluorescence techniques in
their catalogue. It might also be on their Web site.

I need to find information on the theory of fluorescence microscopy,
and it's uses.

Could anybody please direct me towards sites that deal specifically
with this area.

Many thanks

Lucy
