Richard,
I have heard of this and maybe attempting it soon. What we would be doing is using it for LCM Laser capture microdissection for RNA extration of specific cell types. I feel that it will work for some antibodies but maybe not for all. www.arcturus.com I believe has these short protocols on line. Have fun.

One of our Pathologists was at a meeting and one of lecturers
{Italian} said ".....get the results of keratin immunostains on fresh
frozen tissue 40 minutes after it is cut."
I was asked to look into this to see if anyone does these rapid
immunostains and if so is it a "homebrew" or is it a commerical kit. I
know that there are immunostains that can be done in a few hours, but 40
minutes from cutting to microscope is a bite short???
