Help! I have been doing Gridley's in the past with no unusual problems,
but now want to do Wilder's or Manuel's. We are getting lots of silver
staining - in the nuclei and the fibers we want to see are sometimes
stained and sometimes not, or even part of one fiber is stained and the
rest of it is not! (The first few times we tried it, it worked beautifully.)
Thanks in advance,
Beth Landreth
