   It's quite easy. You mount at least 2 sections on the slide,
   not too close together. Apply a drop of amylase/spittle to
   one section; water to the other. Leave to digest, in suitably
   humid atmosphere to prevent evaporation. Wash well in water
   then stain the whole slide with PAS or some other method for
   glycogen.
