BrdU, SMC-alfa-actin, vWF, p53, p21, eNOS, iNOS

I am going to stain the followings on mice carotid artery;
BrdU, SMC-alfa-actin, vWF, p53, p21, eNOS, iNOS

The tissue will be perfusion fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde and frozen.

Does anyone have a successful story that can be shared with me?
Any information on antibody, or kit system, would be appreciated.
