Hi histonetters

To those, who use the Ventana Benchmark XT. If you substitute the
biotin-avidin-detection with polymer-detection, will the protocols be
noticeable shorter? And is the quality of staining better or worse or equal?
Are there any limitations for the substitution (routine diagnostic
histology)?
