[Histonet] non-speficic binding of secundary biotinilated antibodies
Hi all
In the past I used a rabbit anti mouse biotinilated secondary antibody
with my lymphocyte-monoclonals on fresh frozen spleen and/or=20thymus
slides of the rat. But I always had to add some ul's=20normal rat serum to
avoid non-specific binding of this reagent to lymphocytes.
Is anyone of you aware of a good secondary step in which adding of
normal rat serum is not necessary anymore?
