Is there a special
way for Processing eyes in paraffin?
Need paraffin
processor schedule and any cutting techniques tips.
Current paraffin
eyes are chucking out of blocks. Paraffin schedule used, is use
for all my routine tissues.
Also looking for a
collagen stain(MTS) for Plastic sections; tissue hard liver: Less than 100
microns obtained from Ground Histology. Butyl Methyl MMA method.
Cannot remove plastic before staining; can acid etch though.
