Hi,
I fully agree with Scott Turners's explanation that an anti-mouse reagent 
will not find any binding sites to a "humanized" antibody. Unfortunately, 
there is no commercial human "ARKit-like" system available. At least not to 
my knowledge.
The reference Nick Bulough was referring to is probably Tuson et al. (1990) 
J Histochem Cytochem 38:923-926: "A Novel immunohistochemical technique for 
the demonstration of specific binding of human monoclonal antibodies to 
human cryostat tissue sections". Except for the fact it didn't come from 
Holland!
