Does anyone have a working IHC protocol (preferably paraffin, otherwise
frozen) for detecting human BMPRI-B (bone morphogenetic protein receptor
type I B) a.k.a. ALK-6 (activin like kinase) with commercially available
(R&D) or other antibodies?
-If so, where is the cellular staining observed: on the cell surface?
-what positive controls are used?

Thanks a lot!

-Harry Sweigard
