Dear "Histonetters",

I need your help again. I use EDTA buffer, PH 8 and pressure cooker with
some monoclonal antibodies, but when I use this buffer in endoscopic
samples, tissue looks as "burned". If I use EDTA with bigger samples this
problem does not appear. Do I have to reduce time of pressure cooker or what
do you think I must do?.
