We use Richard Allan's Hematoxylin 7211 on the Leica stainer. We stain for
2 and 1/2 minutes. We also use their Clarifier 1 for 1 minute and their
Bluer for 1 minute, their eosin phloxine for 30 seconds. Our H and E's are
beautiful.
