To unsubscribe, type the word unsubscribe in the subject line, nothing
else, do not do a reply, add hyphens, anything.

To subscribe, type the word subscribe in the subject line, same rules
apply.  

Do not misspell either of the key words needed.  

Do not use the message area for anything, the computer in Texas recognizes
the above instructions, and PLEASE keep the instructions on use of
Histonet in hard copy, on file somewhere to get you through this 
procedure.

Thanks, it will save a bunch of kickback wrongly "tweaked" subscribe
and unsubscribe messages.
