Has anyone used the Calbiochem (Oncogene products) antibody Cat. IM31L (Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 antibody PAI-1 Ab-3) on formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections? I would appreciate any advice to save starting from scratch. I have e-mailed Calbiochem but thought the Histonet might beat them to it! Thanks All!
