Dear Diana

At the Royal Free Hospital, London UK, we use an antibody from Serotec.
Unfortunately I am writing this from home and dont have any details as to
which particular one it is. It is not listed as working on paraffin sections
in their brochure, but following thirty minutes enzyme digestion, it gives
good results at a 1/25 dilution with a 60 min incubation.
If you wanted further details let me know and I will bring them home and let
you have them.

To all who replied to my question about CD4, thank you all, unfortunately we
have not yet tried any out but will do so this week. I will let you know the
outcome.
