Being a cytokine, and that in itself presents a huge problem in just
getting good staining alone. Cytokine antibodies will range anywhere from
0.5 up to 20 ug/ml or more. It takes a large dilution panel, and then
you need to determine the times to get it to stain, it can range anywhere
from one hour to overnight, lots of works there. I am at home now, and will
try to dig into literature on what concentration was sucessful. It also
depends on the monoclonal antibody you use, some clones are better than others.
In the meantime, are you using frozens/paraffin/saponin? and what clone/source
of antibody

The concentrations above are for frozen sections, and if you use paraffin,
there may be an increase.
