Hi Fran,

I assume you are using the pancreatic amylase to digest glycogen before
doing PAS stain. We get our amylase from Sigma and it works very well.
0.1% in distilled water for 45 minutes at room temperature. I cannot
give you ordering details now, since I am at home, but if you need it
I'll get it for you. Let me know.
