Diana,
We have used the Antibody from Sera-Lab, #MAS173, clone H60, for several
years now.
It has proven highly reliable on FFPE sections.
Pretreatment is HIER in Citrate buffer pH6.0 for 10 min., incubation for 1
hour @RT in 1:10,000 dilution in 1% NGS /TBS, detection is with Zymed's
Histostain Bulk.
