We have been able to use NeoMarker's CD57(clone NK1) at a 1:200 on our
Ventana immunostainer with or without a 10 minute HIER in 1mM EDTA(pH8.0)
for NBF-fixed tissue...B5 fixed bone marrow biopsies seem to require a 20
minute HIER.
