We use Chemicon' s MAB805 (monoclonal blend) with excellent results; 1:2,000 for 30 minutes or 1:10,000 - overnight with EnVision+ detection. Enzyme digestion with pepsin improves immunoreactivity (at least on our tissues and most of the outside consults that I have evaluated).
