Sorry for abbreviation, a long day yesterday!

PE is phycoerytherin, often used as flurochrome conjugate for FACS
protocols. Directly conjuguated CD4 and CD8-PE, for mouse cells,
can be visualized with our new NIKON inverted scope, the filter blocks
are the important item. As for rapid fading, or need to retain the
info, the slides are viewed, photos are taken and stored on interfaced
computer. So our valuable time of staining/viewing and information
retrieval is not lost (without computer novices not saving info or
a computer crash) Nice to have some bells and whistles around!
