Hello everyone!

I have an intern who wants to do a mouse IHC project for confocal
microscopy. I normally do permanent (DAB, etc) label IHC and am wondering
where to get the best labels.
He would like to stain (3 color: FITC, Rhodamine (or Texas Red), and DAPA
for the following markers:

CD4, lymphoid dendritic cells (CD83), or endothelial cells- each labeled
with CD40+CD40L, CD28+CD152, or CD40+CD40L. Any good suggestions? I have
some starting suggestions, but wondered what antibodies (clone) and
suppliers people were using out there for these mouse cell surface markers.
Any arguments for which color for which marker?

While I am at it, what section thickness do people recommend using for
fluorescent confocal microscopy (of murine kidney...if it matters)?

Thanks for all your advice! It is always appreciated.

And, for those of you who have been following and care, I am back from
maternity leave...having recently added a 3rd baby girl to my family.
Abigail is already 4 months old.
