Hi everyone!! Has someone out there had any luck with this antibody. It labels natural killer cells in Hodgkins Lymphoma. I've recently tried it-- but is only focally positive--not all the natural killer cells around the Reed-Sternberg cells exhibit immunoreactivity. Thanks in advance.
