We too purchased the TIA-1 from Coulter, we predilute it 1:1000, HIER:
pressure cooker for 10 min in citrate buffer 0.1mol, pH6.0, cooling time
(IMHO one of the most important variables in this process) 20 min. Our
biopsies are fixed in neutral buffered formaline for 24 hours. A couple of
congresses ago I heard some rumor about problems with B5-fixed material.

Control tissue: tonsil.

Another very useful antibody is Granzyme B (from Monosan in Austria, 1:30).
