We are doing some experiments in which human amnion is
grafted onto pig skin. It would be very helpful if we
could find something that would stain only the pig
tissue, or only the human tissue. We thought that it
might be possible to use anti-human collagen and try
absorbing it with pig collagen, but doubted that would
work. Has anyone tried this or found any other method
that would let us distinguish these two species?

Thanks
