We are using a BR Recyler for our xylene and actually this lab has used one
for the past 12 years. We recently retired the old one and purchased a new
one. It works just fine, very simple to use, the only time it takes is
about 5 minutes prep time - push the button, leave and go about your work.
As far as cost efficient, well considering it would cost us about the same
price of purchasing xylene as it does for a waste hauler to haul it off,
there is no question that it is very cost efficient - because you only have
to purchase new xylene on an occasional basis. You can also get a model
that does alcohol as well, but you can't run both xylene and alcohol at the
same time. Thanks.
