I do it on methanol fixed GMA embedded, no decal, bones, I have not been
able to get it to work on decal paraffin sections.

Hello histonetters-Has anyone done a Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase
stain on rat decalcified bone that was paraffin embedded??  Did it work???
How did you get it to work???  Any help is greatly appreciated.
