We've used their polyclonal Rb anti-caveolin Ab for western blot analysis
and the signal is VERY robust. 1:20,000 dilution of shipped stock yields
chemiluminescent signals that are quite intense with small protein loads.
We have not tried it in any IHC studies so I cannot provide any personal
experimental insights to the application of the antibody in this procedure.

I'm not familiar with emerin...is it also used in muscular dystrophy
assessment?

Good luck,
Todd

Dear histonetters

I am looking for an address or contact number for an antibody supply
company called Transduction laboratories. They supply an antibody called
caveolin used in muscular dystrophy assessment.
Also, does anyone know of a supplier for another antibody - Emerin?

many thanks
louise taylor
