Dear Histonetters

I need help, help, help.

I have to do IHC using the H-Ras (F235): sc-29 ab.  The antibody 
was purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, and the material is 
FFPE breast tissue.  I would like to know what to use to control the 
procedure, what sort of antigen retrieval and if anybody has actually 
used this particular ab, what dilution to start with.  I have made 
an unsuccessful attempt.......using the pressure cooker for 
ag retrieval, breast tumour tissue and an ab concentration of 5ug/ml. 
The result was not very encouraging and would appreciate some advice 
before the next run.  Otherwise, it is a waste of time and money.
