Hi histonetters
Seems like the Caspases are getting onto the band-wagon like p53 did a
while back.We are interested in using Caspase-3 on formalin fixed (PET)
paraffin embedded tissues. We are interested in the cpp32 supplied by
Novocastra. Has anyone used this clone thus far ?
The Article by N Virkajarvi in histopathology 1998.33;432-439 mentions the
Caspases 3, 6 & 8 used on PET. The antibodies are from Pharmingen and Santa
Cruz respectively.
On a second note, I need contact details for Pharmingen products in
Australia (NSW).
