Hello Again!
Does anyone out there have any experince doing IHC on avian 
lymphocytes?

I want to stain CD4 and CD8 (and possibly CD3) in marine bird 
lymphocytes. There is probably several sources for chicken antibodies 
(I can only think of Serotec right now), but will they cross react(?), 
that is the question.

Can anyone offer advice? Other possible Ab sources, personal experience, 
protocols, etc. ?  My tissues are all FFPE, nothing fresh. I 
understand that may also be a problem when it comes to CD4 and CD8?!?
