Hello,Does anyone have a recommendation for a mucin stain for cultured cells on matrigel-coated slides?  An investigator at my site is interested in this.  I am worried that 1) the Schiff reagent will be too harsh for the cells and 2) that the matrigel itself might be PAS-positive.
