Does anyone have a TUNEL assay developed for use with the Ventana
Discovery XT that they are willing to share?  I need to stain xenografts
(human in mouse) and have not had much success thus far.

P.S. Thank you for the help with my mouse IHC problems--I've solved the
background issue--it was due to interference from the secondary antibody
in the detection kit.
