Same here, but for breast ca sentinel nodes only, for melanomas, we use s-100 and HMB-45.  
Lev 1 - H&E
Lev 2 - Immuno
Lev 3 - H&E
=0ALev 4 - Immuno
Lev 5 - H&E
Lev 6 - Pt negative

We only do the AE1/ AE3 on our sentinels.
