Hello Everyone,  I have never had to do IHC on cell smears only FFPE.  I am
not sure how to bring them down to buffer before placing them on the
Autostainer. Is there something special I need to do?  The smears are in 95%
alcohol.  Do I just place them straight into the buffer?  Do I need to rinse
them?  Augh!!!! HELP!!!
