We have had much better bone marrow cores by extendeding the fixation times 
to 3 and 4 hours, and increasing the rinse time to 30 minutes after 
decalcification.  Trying to make everything so Rapid proves haste makes 
waste. I like that you can let cores sit overnight in B Plus. Recently our 
Pathologist suggested extending the B Plus time for the aspirate as well as 
the core.  Any luck with that out there?
