Dear Histonetters:

In our laboratory the Med Techs have made a Clinical Ladder to provide 
individuals venues to increase their status (this includes monetary adjustment).

 We are now trying to implement this for the Histology Dept.. 

I was wondering if any other institution has this kind of Clinical Ladder for 
Histology or anything similar.
